Food Production (Food Point)

We strictly uphold all health and safety standards to ensure a safe workplace and exceptional food hygiene. Our conveyor belts feature Microban technology, providing continuous antibacterial and anti-fungal protection for maximum hygiene.

We adhere to ISO and ITCA (International Travel Catering Association) standards—among the world’s most stringent.

Located in one of the world’s largest trading zones, Food Point sources premium ingredients globally. Every procurement stage is fully audited to maintain top hygiene standards and an unbroken cold chain.

Catering Operations

Our 24/7 operations are divided into four key sections: Flight Preparation, Airside Logistics, Transport, and Ware Wash. Meals and onboard amenities are packed and loaded by Flight Preparation, then moved to Airside Logistics for loading onto aircraft as per flight schedules. After flights, trolleys are sent to Ware Wash for cleaning before the cycle repeats. Operating under strict timeframes, our dynamic environment demands precision, quick decision-making, and physical fitness.

Hospitality

We provide personalized food and beverage services at the First and Business Class lounges in airport, serving over 10,000 premium passengers daily. Guests can enjoy a selection of international dishes, hot and cold buffets, and fine wines. Whether dining, working in the Business Centre, or relaxing before a flight, every guest experiences exceptional 5-star service.

Culinary

Our culinary team combines global flavors with experience from top hospitality brands to craft exceptional meals for a diverse and sophisticated clientele.
